Our Neighbor rented from them for a birthday party, recommended them to us for a block party and they were great! Very responsive, professional, helpful and helped us add an awesome bouncy castle for the people on our block to enjoy. Will rent from them again for sure.

These guys were fantastic to deal with. Showed up early and was super flexible with us. The bouncy castle itself was in perfect condition and was virtually new. It was also clean , if I needed to add that.

They were very friendly and great to deal with. Great castle rental, hours of entertainment for the kiddos and cheaper than the competition. It's a no brainer.

Lets Bounce Yeg have been the source of entertainment for both of my children’s birthdays and were wonderful. They arrived on time, the was set up was quickly, as well as the take down, and the bouncey castle were well cared for. I would definitely rebook for another event as they were very professional and diligent.

They accommodated us last minute for our daughters birthday party and during the party, we asked to add another castle, if available, which they came and set up within the hour. They saved the day, last minute helped me out two hours before my kids birthday party (the first option fell through last minute). They were polite, gave us graphic banner options (paw patrol was chosen, of course!) the castle was well maintained and they delivered and picked up. Very professional. Would use again.

We had rented a bouncy castle for our daughters 5th bday. After researching around online Let’s Bounce appeared to be the best deal going. The weeks leading up to the party they were quick to respond to any questions that we had and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. The day of, they showed up at the time given and the set up was extremely quick, asking with the take down. They were very friendly and accommodating and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent and will 100% use them again for future parties.
